What makes Fontana Candle products different from traditional candles?
Our candles are crafted with non-toxic ingredients, utilizing beeswax, coconut oil, and pure essential oils. Unlike traditional paraffin candles, we never use synthetic fragrances, dyes, or petroleum-based waxes.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States usually takes 5-7 business days.
Do you offer a returns policy?
Yes, we want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your essential oils safe for pets?
While we use 100% pure essential oils, some scents can be sensitive for pets. We recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and consulting with your veterinarian if you have specific concerns.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This typically takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
